Kaldanija Interijeri is a family business from Šterna, a small village in the heart of Istria. Vedran and Dijana run a company that makes custom furniture for homes, holiday apartments and business spaces across Istria.
Panel material specialists
We do what we know best: furniture from chipboard and MDF. That is not a compromise. It is a decision. Panel materials come in thousands of decors, they are stable, durable and allow a precision that solid wood struggles to match. Every edge is ABS-banded, every joint lands on the millimetre.
We are smart about cutting, too: we entrust it to specialised partners whose industrial CNC machines cut and edge-band faster and more precisely than any small workshop ever could. Our part of the job is everything a machine cannot do: measuring, design, material selection, checking every single piece and millimetre-perfect installation. The same goes for solid wood and veneer: trusted partners, while we remain your single point of contact from the first sketch to the last hinge.
How a project works
- Measurement. We come to your address, measure the space and listen: what bothers you about the current space, what needs to fit, how you live.
- Design and quote. We propose a layout, decors and hardware. The quote is clear, with everything included, no surprises afterwards.
- Production. Panels are cut and edge-banded on our partners’ industrial CNC machines, and before installation every piece passes our inspection: we personally check dimensions, edges and decor.
- Installation. We deliver, install and fine-tune doors and drawers, and leave the space clean. Only when everything works as it should is the job done.

We are based in Šterna (Grožnjan) and work across all of Istria: from Umag and Poreč to Pula and Pazin, and further afield by arrangement.
